Fast Mary’s is a staple at F&B outlets in the upper-Midwest. As well as your bartender’s secret ingredient when making a tasty Bloody Mary. But with bars and restaurants forced to close, Fast Mary’s business quickly went dry.
Insight
With people now staying (and drinking) at home, we needed to transition Fast Mary’s business for the amateur barman and barwoman to stock it in their liquor cabinets at home, and make their own restaurant-quality Bloody Marys.
Solution
Create a lot of bloody buzz targeted to those who are quarantined at home, and in need of a good kick of tangy, spicy, vodka-infused pick-me-up.
Wendi Winkler is a chemist and former bartender who knows what goes into making the perfect Bloody Mary. So it makes sense that her creation, Fast Mary’s Bloody Mary enhancer, is stocked behind the bars of notable F&B outlets in the upper-Midwest. But when restaurants and bars were shuttered, we helped her find a way to get Fast Mary’s into the glasses of the home mixologist. The Art Of Good worked with Wendi to concoct a brand tone and messaging focused on the retail consumer. And deliver to Bloody Mary enthusiasts just the right compound they need to make the perfect cocktail while stuck at home over the weekend. Or in the era of Covid, any day that ends with ‘y’.
